I purchased the range on April 22 2023. It was delivered on April 29 2023 and has not worked properly since it was first turned on. One month later I am still waiting for a service appointment. LG customer service was horrible and only wanted to trouble shoot over the phone. It was very difficult to get them to register a service request at all.

We have had our new stainless steel oven for about a month and love it. It looks great absolutely no finger prints which is fantastic Works great but we are still in the process of learning all the new features. Very happy with price delivery and install team were great

Bought this range at Lowes and I couldnt be happier. The cooktop heats up evenly and quickly. The convection over has shorted my baking times and provide even overall heat. It does so without overheating my kitchen like my old range.

I bought this oven around a month ago and I love it so many settings for the oven to cooking anything to perfection. I like how theres different sizes of circles for bigger pots and pans. My kids love to cook so this oven and its easy settings they dont have to ask me how to turn it on. With a simple knock the oven lights turn to quickly see your baking progress.

Ive used the range for 3 weeks now and its been great. Love the features that Ive used so far. The only thing I can say to improve is to have the option to change the alert music to just a beeping sound. Maybe there is and I just have to change it in the settings but the timer melody is a bit much but hey at least there is no missing the alert.

We bought this range to match the other LG Kitchen appliances we recently bought. Read some so so reviews about problems in keeping the stove top clean but so far not a problem. A microfiber cloth keeps it looking brand new. Bought thr extended warranty and hope we dont need it.

I bought this machine about a month ago and the features are great. The oven cooks evenly the air fryer works wonders and the burners heat up quickly as well. I love that the burners have multiple setting sizes. Its also easy to clean.

This model stove has literally every option a stove could have in one stove compartment. The air fryer option is so easy to use. I have yet to use the convection option but the broiler and oven works very well. I verified the internal temp of the stove with a separate thermometer and the temp was within 1 degree The only cons I have with this stove are: The stove does not come with a broiler pan. The stove does not come with an air fryer basket. Furthermore the integral air fryer basket and rack is no longer available. A new broiler pan is priced way to hi. Save your old broiler pan.

We purchased our range in 2021 I thought LG produced reliable products however some years ago I purchased a LG Refrigerator had nothing but problems but years later we went back on our promise to never buy anything by LG we ended up purchasing this range but thank God we took out a warranty because the Self Cleaning stop working and still is so thLGe products looks good but is very disappointing in performance I know you may not want to hear my grievance but I needed to voice my displeasure

One of these days I am going to be a pro at this : . Overall I really love the range and love the looks.

Extremely frustrated with this range the stainless steel is of low quality and extremely thin. Even a drop of water stains it I have to be cleaning it all the time. The bottom drawer is super tiny. Having glass top ranges for over 30 yrs by far this is the worst glass to I have ever purchased.

Bought this from a new owner of a model home. Front two burners had stuff burned on but oven was never used. I love it. As a stand alone it slid into my 30 range slot beautifully. Matches my kitchen as though it was made for it. The proof button raises bread and rolls evenly. The front left burner has 2 different pans size rings.

My husband and I bought this about 2 weeks ago. After the first use we saw minor scratches after being INSANELY careful. After cleaning the stove with approved products and how it stated its almost as if some of the black enamel has come off? Once again extremely gentle. For this price Im concerned with the surface scratching after gentle use. What will this surface look like in a few years? Pretty disappointed in the product for this reasoning only. It cooks well and has performed well otherwise.

This is the second lg stove we have owned. This first one was a propane double oven stove. We had that for 8 years until we moved. The only complaint I had with that was the numbers started coming off within a year. The electric one we have now is total junk. The oven is never accurate. It can be set at 375 and will sometimes go up to 450. I constantly have to use an oven thermometer. Today I noticed the enamel in the oven is flaking off. This range isnt even 1 1/2 years old. It also has two knobs the numbers have started come off. Never again will I own an lg product.

Im so impressed how far technology has gotten I love the air fried I literally used everyday. I also love that you can remote operate from your phone which is a plus since i have kids to get from school and sometimes things are not quite ready before I leave. Another feature I love is that the apps send you a message when its time to clean your oven. So we use the the steam clean which is so nice because I hate the smell of self clean.

Bought the stove 8 months ago. Here are so many problems:
1. We baby the glass top and still it disfigures a lot when used. Takes forever to remove the least little stains. Some teeny stains wont come out permanently marred from only gentle careful use.
2. Burners cycle sporadically. Gets real hot turn it down only a few notches and it turns off. Turn it up a few notches doesnt heat- turn it up a few more still doesnt heat- crank it all the way to high and slowly gets real hot again.
3. frying an egg- shoots up to high temp but not as fast as youd think. Turn it down to slowly fry egg without scorching and it just goes to no heat. nothing in between
4. It has convection and regular baking. Set it to regular baking at 350. Things dont cook thoroughly so is the thermostat off? Our old stoves always cooked the recipes in exactly the time given.
5. Shallow pan under the oven can only hold a couple fry pans.
6. Timer buttons are horrible. Push it in and it ticks up a few seconds then it speed jumps in 10 second increments that cant be controlled. So you have to overshoot your time then slowly back down second by second.
7. Timer buttons stiff. Takes a lot of finger pressure
8. Wife wants to use protection plan to replace it with one that doesnt have a defective glass top. But will that happen? If its bad engineering and design well just get a new stove with the same problems.
9. Wish we had bought a different brand but salesperson said LG was the most reliable.

We purchased the new range earlier this month and we have never looked back. Our previous range had the same number of burners but functioned only in two positions on high or off. The controls on this range are very precise and work well. Oh one more thing the knock knock on and off of the oven light is a nice feature.

It has a mind of its own . When it is tired of working it will change the settings. The remote access keeps coming on and it was not set up because we have no internet. When it works its wonderful. Hard to keep the top clean needs to be that grey speckled top that use to be on stoves. Looks great sitting in the kitchen but when it turns its self own it can be confusing.

I bought it at the end of June and it took me till Christmas to realize that it wasnt me hitting wrong buttons or programming it wrong that the oven really had a mind of its own . The remote access kept coming on and I didnt program it because we dont have internet. And you really should go with a black gray marble top that doesnt show everything . This black top shows everything

The range has great features and seems to be well constructed. We bought this one because of the cook surface features multiple burner sizes manner in which glass top sealed to range and oven features air fry large capacity sealed interior door seal. Multi-size burner controls are difficult to get used to one dial to control 2 or 3 sized elements- have to select the correct setting for the size pan you are using. Difficult to see settings without reading glasses. Air fry feature performs below expectations. Definitely not a substitute for an stand alone air fryer. Currently have an issue with oven fan. LG support rather difficult to get service and issue is not resolved. Oven racks rather flimsy compared to other brands. Cook top difficult to clean stains off of it even with cook top cleaner. Cant get wi-fi feature to work at all.

Bought this right before Christmas as my old one became dangerous to use. We do a TON of baking and utilize the oven a lot. No matter what we cant get this thing to work properly. Diced potatoes take close to 2 hours to cook in this thing instead of the 45 minutes they should. Its IMPOSSIBLE to get a crisp pizza crust or cook the bottom of anything properly in this thing. Its like there isnt even a bottom bake element. Dont even get me started on air-fry. It seems like it only air-frys at 300 degrees no matter what setting you have it on. So frustrating.

So far so good. Oven knock light did go on misteriouly by itself once but other than that stove is working fine.
Son in law has warned me about problem has had with getting warranty service with LG product but hopefully I will be fine should I need it. I found there to be small rubber inserts on either side of oven door that I wasnt able to decide if part of packing or not not mentioned in manual easily removed but I left them in seems to have little effect on stove performance?

We bought this range to replace our 10 yr. old gas range. We love how easy it is to clean and how good it looks. We installed some range gap covers on the sides which really give it a very clean look. Water boils so quick and it easy to control the temperature as you cook. The oven is a beautiful blue on the inside with 3 racks that give you a variety of options for using the air fry and convection modes. So far it performs great but we havent had a chance yet to really test the range other than a few times. Well worth it with the price of gas climbing.

I really like the look of the range in place of an old slide in we replaced. It didnt quite slide in to the existing space but after some cutting out of counter tiles it fit like a glove. Although we havent had a chance to use it extensively from what Ive experienced so far were pretty happy with it. Were in the process of slowly replacing all of our old copper bottomed cookware because of the possibility of it scratching the glass cooktop surface. Overall we are pleased with the purchase.
